In the last week of Term 1, at the Australian Rowing Championships in Tasmania, Eoghan Johnson (Year 12) was crowned Australian Schoolboy Champion. Eoghan achieved multiple medals in the U19 Quad, Double and Single, however it was representing State High where GOLD was achieved. 

Eoghan has now been selected to represent Australia at the World Rowing U19 Championships in Lithuania! An incredible achievement for Eoghan who is the only male athlete selected from Queensland. 

We also commend Chelsea Skipper (Year 11), the current NSW Champion, on her outstanding National Championships result, taking home Silver in the U17 Single Scull.
